Waiting time is really bad now..Job used to be done between 1-2 hours…took 3 & 12 hours ..just oil change and alignment.. Ryan was friendly..Jeff the manger was not that friendly .. even though I told him that waiting time is bad now..he just told me that they are busy.. If you busy , don’t keep making appointment..

Honest review. I could give it 5stars because I basically got 50% off my service bill but that wouldn’t be fair to be price driven. I could also give 5stars for tanvir for his apologies and explanation and customer service. This is on the entire process. Parked and went over the service I requested at 1230 and didn’t leave until 645. I had a oil change, state inspection and stud replaced (free). Two issues, 1 no call to update on why the lengthy time on the service with an appointment I was early for. Two when I did call for an update the employee who answered seemed disinterested in finding out what is going on or to give an update. I inform them that I needed to be somewhere at a certain and promised to be finish within 20 minutes but that went in for another hour. In requested a loaner car towards the ends to avoid this but that was declined. In the end I am satisfied with my vehicle but not all the aspects of customer service was satisfactory.

David McDavid was incredible! We were at a loss at all the hugely insane price mark ups around the area. David McDavid was extremely helpful and gave us an incredible deal for our Acura RDX. Our Salesman Jesus Martinez is one of the best salesperson and all around human being I have ever met. His professionalism, kindness and hard work ethic were so evident throughout the process. In our conversations, I expressed everything I wanted in my car. The next week, I showed up, looked the car, test drove it, signed papers and it was mine. The service was amazing. Highly recommend.

I've used David McDavid Acura of Plano for many years to service my Acura vehicles. Highly recommend them. They always dona great job.

Bobby was my service manager. He was so nice. Listened and made sure that other issues I was having were addressed, although I was only there for regular maintenance. JP was also so nice to me. Shuttling me to an appointment and picking me up. Will definitely go back. Service was timely and my questions addressed.

Ultimately I was not able to secure the deal I was looking for, but I appreciate the courteous follow-up communication from Sales at David McDavid. They conducted business respectfully, and answered my questions honestly. With the current inventory challenges for the specific model I wanted, I can understand how it wasn't going to be as simple as I thought to get a satisfying offer. I should have done more research prior to coming here, and definitely won't rule out another opportunity for their business.

The car buying process was simple and easy. I was in an out during my lunch break! Tony V. was my sales person and he even brought his manager to meet me. I will definitely refer my family and friends to them.
